BALBLAIR

Located in Edderton, in the Highlands region of the Northern Highlands district, Balblair distillery is one of Scotland's oldest, dating back to the 1870's. Typical Northern Highlands style - firm yet delicate, dry and light, popular as an aperitif.




THE BALVENIE

Situated in the Dufftown, Speyside district of the Highlands region, the Balvenie whiskies are produced by the same family who founded the distillery in 1886 using barley from the family farm. Luxuriously rich and sweet with orange and honey notes. 10, 12, 15, 21 Year old bottlings available.




BEN NEVIS

Established in 1825 by "Long John McDonald", the historic Ben Nevis distillery lies at the foot of Scotland's highest mountain, in the Western Highlands district of the Highlands region. Fruity, waxy, flowery and robust styly selection of aged bottlings available from 10,21 to 26 year olds.



BENRINNES

Situated in the Speyside district of the Highlands region, the Benrinnes distillery dates back to the 1820's. An unnusual system of partial triple distillation is used in the production of these malts. Creamy, smoky flavours. Various aged bottlings available.




BLADNOCH

The most southerly distillery in Scotland, Bladnoch is situated at the hamlet of Bladnoch, near Wigtown in the Borders district of the Lowlands region. Founded sometime between 1817 and 1825. Classic Lowlands style malt - soft, lemony, grassy.




BOWMORE

This famous distillery, founded in 1779 is situated in the village of Bowmore, the capital of Islay in the Loch Indaal district of the Islay region. Complex style with smoky, leafy notes.


BALMENACH

Situated in the Speyside district of the Highlands region, Balmenach distillery dates back to 1824. Lightly peaty and flowery, suitable as an aperitif. Range incorporates 12, 15 and 25 year old bottlings as well as an independent bottling of Deerstalker 12 year old.




BANFF

Located in the Speyside district of the Highlands region, the Banff distillery dates back to 1824. Although the distillery was closed due to damage caused by a bomb in the second world war, substantial maturing stock was held and independent bottlings continue to be issued. Smoky sweet style.




BENRIACH

Located in the Speyside district of the Highlands region, Benriach distillery was originally built in the 1890's, alongside Longmorn, the better known distillery. Light, restorative malts.




BENROMACH

Situated in the river Findhorn at Forres, in the Speyside district of the Highlands region, this distillery was re-opened in 1998 by H.R.H Prince Charles, a century after its original foundation. Benromach malts are assertive, flowery, can be creamy. Various aged bottlings available.




BLAIR ATHOL

Situated in the village of Blair Athol, in the Midlands district of the Highlands region, close to the theatrical town of Pitlochry, Blair Castle traces its origins back to 1798 and is home to the Duke of Athol. Malt is used extensively in the Bell's blends.
